"Each kill by Teslacoil Explosion accelerates the cooldown of all turrets in cooldown by 5%" The cooldown reduction mechanism only affects turrets currently in cooldown. Once a turret fires, its cooldown resets to normal. Example: Your Turret A has a base cooldown of 10s. When it has 6s remaining to fire, your Teslacoil kills 20 enemies (triggering 100% cooldown reduction). Turret A now fires in 3s. After firing, its cooldown resets to the base 10s. Enemies killed by explosion damage around the impacted unit will also trigger the chip's effect.
